The spire, starting from the roof at a height of 145 meters from the ground, rises another 85 meters, reaching a total height of 230 meters. The structure is clad in panels made from micro-perforated stainless steel sheets and is fully illuminated and heated to prevent the formation of ice, which could become hazardous if detached and compromise the tower’s stability and safety.
It is currently the tallest building in Italy.
